Masy: app and web dashboard to manage condos and buildings

In many buildings fees are paid by bank deposits that someone reconciles by hand, announcements get lost in WhatsApp groups and pool or party room bookings are written in the front desk notebook.

Each person needs to see different things: management the finances, the front desk the visitors and each resident only their own receipts.

Masy ships as three coordinated repositories: the Kotlin Multiplatform app with Compose for residents, front desk and management; the Next.js web dashboard with a layered architecture (domain, use cases, infrastructure) on Vercel; and the Firebase backend with the rules, indexes and every Cloud Function.

Roles (management, front desk, owner and tenant) are enforced in Firestore rules, so everyone sees only their own data. Residents pay their fees online with Mercado Pago: each condo connects its account via OAuth, the server sets the amount and the webhook is idempotent; a refund or chargeback reopens the receipt and sends a push notice to management.
