Many small businesses track sales in a notebook, take payments by Yape, Plin, cash or on credit, and only find out at closing whether the till adds up. Stock is checked by eye and credit sales get lost between pages.
On top of that, the signal in a corner store or a market is unreliable: an app that freezes without internet keeps the customer waiting mid-sale.
The technical solution
Kipuy is a Compose Multiplatform app for Android and iOS built on angel-kit, our in-house kit. The code is split into feature modules (sales, cash, inventory, customers, debts, restaurant, reports, dashboard) that never depend on each other.
It is offline-first: every sale is saved on the phone first with SQLDelight and syncs with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions) when the signal returns. The public website, dashboard and online store are built with Next.js on Vercel. Plans are paid with Mercado Pago on the web and through the stores in the app, using the same product identifiers.
What it does
Sales in seconds
Cash, Yape, Plin, card, transfer or credit, with partial payments and VAT computed.
Cash count
At closing it tells you whether money is missing or over.
Inventory and stock card
Cost, price, minimum stock, low-stock alerts and a camera barcode scanner.
Restaurant mode
Tables with QR, digital menu, orders, kitchen display and delivery.
Reports
Sales, inventory, debts and cash in Excel or PDF, plus a dashboard with daily, weekly and monthly sales.
Online store
The business catalog published on kipuy.la (Pro plan).
